Chartway Federal Credit Union’s President & CEO, Ron Burniske, is pleased to announce the appointment of two Brand President’s and a Vice President.
Bruce Bryan was named Regional President of the organization’s Utah Region. Having been involved in the credit union industry for over 30 years, Bryan’s extensive financial knowledge and leadership strengthens the organization’s ability to serve its members in Utah. An honors graduate of Western CUNA Management Schools where he assisted as a Graduate Assistant for two years and received the prestigious Charles Clark award for outstanding leadership, he attended Ricks College, BYU and the University of Phoenix. He also holds a degree in Business Administration. In his new role, Bryan will oversee the HeritageWest, SouthWest Community and Utah Central Credit Union brands.
Kim Little was named Regional President of the organization’s Chartway brand. Most recently, Little served as the credit union’s Senior Vice President overseeing 47 Chartway branches in nine states, a member service contact center, web-based sales and service strategies, and business development. A seasoned sales professional with a nearly 15 years of financial experience, Little will now lead all retail-related activity for the division. She holds a Master of Business Administration from Old Dominion University.
Melissa Stocker was named Vice President of Alternative Channels. A graduate of Columbia College, she previously served as a Director of Retail, where she was responsible for designing and implementing processes to enhance operations by focusing on sales, expense control, internal audit results and regulatory compliance. She will now be responsible for the organization’s eCommerce, contact center and investment and insurance operations.
These appointments follow CFCU’s recent partnerships with HeritageWest, SouthWest Community and Utah Central Credit Unions. “With now four divisions in ten states, we look forward to delivering paramount value and service,” said President & CEO, Ron Burniske. “These experienced professionals will help ensure we deliver the credit union difference to our expanded membership like never before.”
In total, the company now owns four divisions: Chartway Federal Credit Union, HeritageWest Credit Union, SouthWest Community Credit Union and Utah Central Credit Union.
