Qualified candidates will have at least one year of cash handling and customer service experience. Supervisory experience preferred. Able to work in a fast paced environment with high traffic volume. Responsible for handling and securing large volumes of cash and other negotiable items. Works with Office Operations Manager in ensuring that many of the operational and procedural aspects of the branch are being completed in a satisfactory manner. Acts as supervisor in the absence of the Office Operations Manager.

Description:
The Product Manager / Research Analyst is responsible to the Vice President of Strategy for developing and maintaining statistics and databases to reflect membership demographics, the financial environment and competitive market for managing all aspects of marketing programs for Credit Union products. Assesses the market opportunity, competitive landscape and potential revenue stream for current and potential product offerings. Defines the features, benefits, functionality and competitive positioning for new product offerings and/or the revision of existing product lines. Contributes to the product design and product launch plans of new product. Evaluates the effectiveness of new and existing product lines to determine if business objectives and revenue expectations are being achieved. Compiles, compares and analyzes membership data. Work with the databases provided through Harland’s Touche, Summit, Callahan’s Peer-to-Peer and product level systems (i.e., credit card).
Approximately 3-7 years research, development and product line management experience, preferably in a financial setting. Bachelors degree or equivalent experience. Knowledge of technology systems that support market research and analysis.

This position is responsible to the Collections Supervisor and Collections Manager for the efficient processing of assigned accounts. Collectors work with members via phone and written communication to determine the reasons for non-payment or slow payment of accounts. Collectors will recommend and justify charge-offs, judgements and repossessions. Qualifications include: 1-3 years of previous Collections or Customer Service experience is required. Successful candidates will have working knowledge in the legal actions necessary to enforce collection of accounts (warrants, repossession, garnishments, bankruptcy, etc...)
