Requirements
  • Must be a Chartway member (have a Prime Share account) 
  • $500.00 minimum ADB to avoid monthly service fee ($6)
  • $1.00 to open account
  • Primary member must be 50 years of age or older  
  • $1.00 minimum deposit to open account

As part of the account process, Chartway Federal Credit Union may require a consumer report (credit report) from a credit reporting agency and/or ChexSystems.

*With monthly direct deposit of $500.00 or more
**A monthly fee of $4.95 will be assessed. Fee is waved with eStatements enrollment and payment of at least three (3) bills a month. Fee is waived with Premier or Elite 50 Plus Checking.

Federal Reserve Regulation D restricts transfers from savings to no more than six per month. These transfers include overdraft transfers, pre-authorized ACH debits, phone transfers, eBranch Internet Banking and Call-24 transfers.
