How Do I Enroll in Ebranch?
Enrolling in eBranch is as simple as logging in.
Step 1: Need a Chartway Account # and Call24 PIN
- If you are not currently a Chartway member, click here to apply online or Call 800-678-8765.
- If you are a Chartway member, but do not have your Call24 PIN click here to contact us.
Step 2: Login
Once you have your account number and Call24 Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy (if you don't have your PIN, please call our Contact Center, or visit your local branch), you'll need to make sure your computer is utilizing Internet Explorer or Netscape versions 6.0 or higher.
- Go to www.chartway.com and click on Login to eBranch on the left menu bar.
- Click on Please click here to Enroll into Online Banking.
- Enter your Login ID, Password and email address.
- Complete the quick and easy Advanced Authentication enrollment.
- You will now have the access to transfer funds and manage your Chartway accounts.
Add Online bill pay
- Click "Bill Payment".
- Click "Pay Bills".
- Click "Yes, Enroll Me".
Add Free eStatements
- Click "eStatements".
- Click "Accept the disclosure" and that's it - you're signed up for eStatements!
*A monthly fee of $4.95 will be assessed. Fee is waved with eStatements enrollment and payment of at least three (3) bills a month. Fee is waived with Premier or Elite 50 Plus Checking.
