With Chartway's Online Bill Pay Service*, you'll never have to buy another stamp to mail your bills. You can pay an unlimited number of bills online to anyone you wish with Online Bill Pay. It sure beats all the trouble of sending checks through the mail.

GETTING STARTED
Once you have your account number and Call-24 Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy (if you don't have your PIN, please call our Contact Center, or visit your local branch), you'll need to make sure your computer is utilizing Internet Explorer or Netscape versions 6.0 or higher.
- Log onto www.chartway.com and Click on "Login to eBranch" in the eBranch section on the left menu bar.
- Click on Please click here to Enroll into Online Banking.
- Enter your Login ID, Password and email address.
- Complete the quick and easy Advanced Authentication enrollment.
- For Bill Payer, simply click on "Bill Payment". Then click on "Pay Bills". Click on "Yes, Enroll Me." Start scheduling your payments. It's that easy!
- For eStatements, simply click on "eStatements". Then accept the disclosure and that's it - you're signed up for eStatements!
*A monthly fee of $4.95 will be assessed. Fee is waved with eStatements enrollment and payment of at least three (3) bills a month. Fee is waived with Premier or Elite 50 Plus Checking.
