The Falcon Fraud Detection System monitors your purchasing habits and detects suspicious activity. If a transaction appears suspicious:

  A fraud specialist will contact you using the phone number on file.

  If the fraud specialist is unable to reach you, he/she will leave a message and block your card until the call is returned.

Because no one wants to be left high and dry in Hawaii while on vacation for example), please be sure to:

  Contact us at (757) 552-1000 (locally) or (800) 678-8765 (toll-free) before you plan to travel to another state or country.

  Ensure that we have your cell phone number, so while away from home, Falcon may reach you quickly if questionable activity is detected.

Otherwise, your card may be temporarily blocked for security reasons at a time when access to funds is critical.
